The 2010 Melbourne Chess Club ANZAC Day Weekender was played from the 24th-26th of April. There was a strong turnout of 45 players, with top seed being GM David Smerdon (2530).

3rd-4th IM James Morris (2236), FM Erik Teichmann (2325) with 5.5/7
